Yoga Stretch for Very Beginners
It is solely your responsibility to monitor each activity offered and determine whether or not it is appropriate for you to participate, and to what level. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any medical conditions for which you are currently being treated for and obtain medical approval if medical approval is warranted. Though you will receive instruction, you are exclusively responsible for your safety and well-being. About Milena’s Practice
My life has been full of opportunities. Yet with each venture, I found myself feeling unsatisfied. Advancing my business career meant more sitting in front of a computer, more damage to my body, and deteriorating vision. Taking time for exercise was always a struggle. Something had to change to bring my life back into balance!
Looking inward, I recognized that I’m motivated by increased knowledge and personal growth. So I vowed to actually “learn” Yoga, even though I’ve been practicing it since 2006. Graduating from Naram Yoga’s teacher training program in 2018 opened my eyes to Yoga’s power to transform lives. I know, because it transformed mine.
Today I am committed to bringing Yoga to you. Anywhere a mat can be placed, Yoga can be practiced.
I honor the ancient art and Iyengar’s philosophy. Yet my personal vision expands beyond any specific time, place, or style. I love to combine peaceful, powerful, and rhythmic elements for a one of a kind experience.
